Top 10 Braided Hairsyles
Thanks you Happy Reading
Think braids are only for laundry day and the gym? Think again! Intricate twists and plaits are totally trendy, and there's a braided hairstyle to suit every occasion. Here, Beyonce pairs a sexy side part and long, wavy bangs with a simple braid to complement her sequined outfit.
Socialite Tinsley Mortimer dresses up her long, blonde hair with a headband braid and long bangs. She plays up her girlie style with frosty eyeshadow and a pink lip.
Melissa Joan Hart rocks a bewitching (see what we did there?) take on the classic side-parted low ponytail. A thin braid along the actress' hairline adds a unique accent and shows off her blonde highlights.
Looks like Lucy Hale is getting style advice from her character on Pretty Little Liars. The cheery brunette goes emo with a fall-weather ready crocheted snood and some Kool Aid-red streaks. A loose side braid completes Hale's tousled hairstyle.
Garcelle Beauvais knows how to transform a plait into a sexy premiere hairstyle. The actress paired her loose side braid with gold earrings, a trendy fur vest and turquoise beads on the red carpet
Nicky Hilton sports a Swedish milkmaid-inspired braid with a center-parted updo hairstyle. Her updo shows off the socialite's glittering one-shouldered dress.
Need a cute hairstyle that keeps your locks out of your eyes and transitions easily from day to night? Look no further than Katharine McPhee's hairline braid and rolling waves. This 'do works on every hair length from bob to long!
Nina Dobrev manages to completely transform (and lower!) her hairline with a braid that swoops around from the crown of her head to her ear. It's a totally unique spin on a classic braided updo.
Jessica Szohr is all smiles in a laid-back side fishtail braid and loose, choppy bangs.
Eve blows your mind (YouTube it asap) with a super-stylized long braid topped with retro volumeand finger curls.'

Smokey eye tutorial
Smoldering dark eyes is a classic sexy look that’s perfect for date night or a formal evening event. To get the look, you can use black eyeliner and eyeshadow or experiment with rich jewel tones like sapphire blue, amethyst purple, and emerald green. For the most alluring effect, use metallic eyeshadow that have a light-reflecting effect. Here’s how to create a smokey eye effect:
Start by lining your upper and lower lash lines with an eyeliner that matches the eyeshadow you are going to use. Run the pencil from inner corners to outer corners, working it into the base of your lashes to create a bold look. You don’t want to see any gaps in your liner so use a smudger to blend the eyeliner.
Sweep a pale shimmery bone or white shadow all over your lid area from lash lines up to brows. This will act as a base to the darker shadow and also enhance your brow bone structure.
Apply your dark eyeshadow. Sweep it across your lids and blend well up into creases. Extend the eyeshadow slightly past your outer corners to create the illusion of long, almond eyes. If you make any mistakes, just use a cotton swap dipped in makeup remover to erase the flub.
Pile on the mascara. Apply two to three coats black volumizing and lengthening mascara. Use a lash comb if needed to break up mascara clumps and get perfectly fanned out lashes.
Top fashion Frenzy question
Why do yoga?
The short answer is that yoga makes you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up -- all at the same time.
For many people, that's enough of an answer. But there's more if you're interested.
For starters, yoga is good for what ails you. Specifically, research shows that yoga helps manage or control anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue, depression, diabetes, epilepsy, headaches, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, stress and other conditions and diseases. What's more, yoga:
Improves muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina
Reduces stress and tension
Boosts self esteem
Improves concentration and creativity
Lowers fat
Improves circulation
Stimulates the immune system
Creates sense of well being and calm.
And that's just the surface stuff. In fact, most of the benefits mentioned above are secondary to yoga's original purpose.
Developed in India, yoga is a spiritual practice that has been evolving for the last 5,000 years or so. The original yogis were reacting, in part, to India's ancient Vedic religion, which emphasized rituals. The yogis wanted a direct spiritual experience -- one on one -- not symbolic ritual. So they developed yoga.
Yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the classical language of India.
According to the yogis, true happiness, liberation and enlightenment comes from union with the divine consciousness known as Brahman, or with Atman, the transcendent Self. The various yoga practices are a methodology for reaching that goal.
In hatha yoga, for example, postures and breathing exercises help purify the mind, body and spirit so the yogi can attain union.
Pranayama breathing exercises help clear the nadis, or channels, that carry prana the universal life force, allowing prana to flow freely. When the channels are clear and the last block at the base of the spine has been opened, Kundalini rises through the spine, through the central channel called the sushumna-nadi, and joins the crown chakra. According to the tradition, the release of Kundalini leads to enlightenment and union.
If you do yoga will you become enlightened?
Well…you might (of course, it could take a few lifetimes of diligent practice). But then again you might not. But it doesn't really matter because yoga is a process, and there's a lot of good to be had along the way.
What if you don't believe in talk about enlightenment, spirit and the rest of it?
That's okay, too. Yoga doesn't discriminate. Even if you don't believe in the spiritual side of life, you can still do yoga. Whether enlightenment, nadis, prana and Kundalini is literal truth, metaphor or myth is irrelevant. If you do yoga, chances are that you will feel its psycho-physiological effects.
Moreover, the concept of union has a powerful down-to-Earth meaning. Yoga helps us get in touch with our true selves.
Between work, home and all of the demands and stresses in between, it's easy to lose touch with who we are, that core essence with which we were born. Rushing around all day it sometimes feels like the "I" inside is simply the result of the things we do all day -- or the effects those things have on our minds, bodies and spirits.
Ever say "I am hungry" or "I am stressed"? We identify with our conditions. It's like "hungry" or "stressed" is a name (Hi. I'm Stressed. What's your name?) As a result, our identities shift with our moods and conditions.
In truth, however, we are not the conditions we experience or things we do. We are not our jobs or the thousands of tasks that make up our jobs. We are not the sensations or emotions we feel. We are not the car we drive or the house we live in. We are not "S/he Who Must Pay Bills." We are not Mr. and Ms. Stressed.
Strip away the emotions, sensations and conditions and somewhere deep down inside you are still there. Strip it all away and you find out who you really are.
The techniques developed by the yogis to transcend also help us strip away the things that try to mis-define us -- the emotions, sensations, desires, achievements and failures of daily life. Through yoga we learn to develop a greater awareness of our physical and psychological states. As a result, we're in a position to better manage our reactions to the thoughts, feelings and responses we have to the various situations we deal with every day.
With greater awareness comes the sensitivity and skill to find and remove the physical and psychological blocks that often keep us from our true selves. We no longer identify with our conditions. Instead of saying, "I am stressed," we begin to say, "I feel stress," or "stress is present." It's a subtle but powerful difference.
Or better yet, we say "I feel anxiety and fear, and that's causing stress and in particular it's causing tension in my neck and shoulder." So we breathe deeply to soothe the anxiety. We review the events that led to the onset of those feelings, and in the process they lose their grip on our nervous system. We intentionally relax our shoulder and neck to prevent the stress and tension from building into a permanent condition.
Yoga gives us control of ourselves. It helps cut through the layers of mis-identities that arise in response to our actions, experiences and feelings. It calms the frenzy, clears the clutter and allows us to get back in touch with ourselves.
Yoga is union with self. Or, as Patanjali, one of the great yoga sages, said:
Yogashcittavrittinirodhah (Yoga stills the fluctuations of the mind).
Tada drashthuh svarupe' vasthanam (Then the true self appears.)
However, yoga is not about self-absorption. Yoga is about being in the world. Although most books, videos and websites focus on yoga postures, breathing and meditation, the tradition also emphasizes love, compassion, knowledge and right action as paths toward union.
Whether you pursue yoga as a spiritual path or for its psycho-physiological benefits, yoga is a methodology for developing a deeper experience of your self and the world.
And it makes you feel really good.

OPI Fall Nail polish Fav
Thanks you Happy Reading
OPI is releasing a collection of six previously released colors in a “suede” finish this fall. It sounds kinda weird, but it’s really cool and unique looking. They are a cross between mattes and satins and I really like them all. The only thing I would have changed about them is the names. It gets confusing when you have Lincoln Park After Dark, Lincoln Park After Dark Matte and Lincoln Park After Dark Suede, if you know what I mean…
The formula on these is really great. They could really all be one coaters because they are really opaque, but I did two coats here. They dry really quick and are smooth to the touch.
http://www.vampyvarnish.com/2009/09/opi-suede-collection-fall-2009/You Don’t Know Jacques! Suede
You Don’t Know Jacques! is a shimmery golden taupe color. This color was also featured in their matte collection.
We’ll Always Have Paris is a rose colored shimmer with a lot of silver in it.
Suzi Skies In The Pyrenees is very different looking from the original one. This is a dark charcoal shimmer with silver. Gorgeous, I think this might be my favorite one.
Ink is what I classify as a blurple colored shimmer. The original Ink is one of my favorite polishes ever!
Lincoln Park After Dark is a lot lighter than the original and the matte versions. This is a greyed out purple shimmer.
Russian Navy is a shimmery navy blue, again much different from the original and matte formulas. I really like this one also.
Overall I like every single one of these colors and will definitely wear them. This blows away their matte collection by a landslide! Those were so chalky and flat looking but these are shimmery and smooth and very cool. These should be available this month at your local OPI retailer.
So what do you think of these compared to the originals and mattes? Will you be picking any of them up?Omg Health Health Health

Its called Thanksgiving Turkey Cupcakes
Look how yum yum they look
Prep time - 45 min
Total time- 2 hr
Serving- 24
Ingredients
1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® yellow cake mix
- 1 1/4
- cups water
- 1/4
- cup vegetable oil
- 3
- eggs
- 3/4
- cup creamy peanut butter
- 1
- container Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting
- 4
- oz vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark)
- 4
- oz semisweet baking chocolate
- 24
- Hershey's® Kisses® Brand milk chocolates, unwrapped
- Directions
- 1Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
- 2In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil, eggs and peanut butter with electric mixer on low speed 30 second, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups (about two-thirds full).
- 3Bake 18 to 23 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Frost cupcakes with frosting.
- 4Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In separate small microwavable bowls, microwave candy coating and baking chocolate uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted and smooth. Place coating and chocolate in separate resealable food-storage plastic bags; snip off tiny corner of each bag. Pipe coating and chocolate into feather shapes, about 3 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide (see diagram). Refrigerate coating and chocolate about 5 minutes until set.
- 5When set, peel feathers off waxed paper and insert into cupcakes. Place milk chocolate candy on each cupcake for head of turkey. Store loosely covered.
- Expert Tips
- Cooking parchment paper can be used instead of the waxed paper to line the cookie sheet. To make the turkey feathers even more colorful, stir a small amount of red and yellow food color into the melted white candy coating to make it orange. If you have only one pan and a recipe calls for more cupcakes than your pan will make, cover and refrigerate the rest of the batter while baking the first batch. Cool the pan about 15 minutes, then bake the rest of the batter, adding 1 to 2 minutes to the bake time.Resource- http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/thanksgiving-turkey-cupcakes/ced23d05-3e06-4e8d-97bf-1d2f3e1d255b#?sr=2&st=6&term=thanksgiving&ps=9&pi=9&fv=AND(HasGridViewImage%3ATrue)

Hey everyone we ended of on #3 do i will finish with 4 and 5 today :)
Q)- I dont know if liquid eyeliner is safe for the bottom waterline?
A)- This is a bad idea. Since the form of the eyeliner is liquid it can easily go into your eye in a blink. When getting liquid eyeliner goes into your eye you must first cleanse you eye with water. After that close your eyes tight allowing the eyeliner to go to your tear dot and just pick it out. Its very unhealthy so plan on getting it on your eye everyday
Q)-I just bought concealer and bronzer. But i dont know the difference.
A)- After applying foundation you can use concealer to cover up any blemishes or use it to brighten up under your eyes. Bronzer- you contour with it like your nose, your cheek bones, temples. :0
